    Now been wearing gloves for a couple of months have noticed have not lost my mat once , so do gloves give better grip on mats ? Might give those super thin ones a try in the Summer

    Hmmm... That's unusual. Usually bare hands are best. Certainly what I've found anyway.

    Hands all the way for me. Gloves make the death-grip so much more effortful.
