Crantock was utter sh*t. Offshore, long period swell but breaking miles out even on high and shifting around like f*ck. One of those sessions where your looking at great waves but never on them. Had one good long ride then got tired of the paddle.

Sounds like you scored a dud sesh dude.
Meor was unshackled stoke this morning. Nicely offshore yielding some rad rides around mid tide.

Just got out again. Went for a 2nd sesh.
Amazing walls of peeling 2-3ft glass rolling through as the darkness fell.
I've not yet seen another mat out in the lineup on meor. It was made for it today

Good stuff.
I'd be surprised if you see a mat there TBH, unless another Meor resident takes up mat surfing. Although it's a good wave it is a pain in the arse to get to and, being a town beach, is always busy if it's good. Most mat surfers are long enough in the tooth to avoid that combo and will drift off to other spots which work on the same conditions but without the obstacles.
