Small swell on the south coast. I'm gonna have a nose around Chally at 11am.

no waves on meor worth reporting. Still went in with my UDTs to swim a couple of lengths of the beach tho. I was testing footpocket padding that I made using 5mm neoprene.

Wheezy 1ft crap with not enough power to get a mat going. I had the fatty with me but rolled it up in the water and just started swimming.

    Too many tourists as well

Yeah good. The XXL UDT footpocket is quite long and you can get a void at the bottom that flexes over and torques the top of your foot - especially over the smaller toes and their "knuckles". Can also rub leaving you with a hankering for ibuprofen.

Solved it with thick 5mm padding glued to the top inside of the pocket. Better transfer of energy to the blade was the main thing I noticed.
