I take a UK 10 shoe should I allow an extra size for neoprene socks and are fin leashes a good idea?

Scout around for info on fins. Personally I favour DaFin over everything else (that's whay I stock them) however, it's all down to personal preference. What are your feet like width wise?

Go for fins that'll handle a winter sock. Summer socks will still fill them out OK.

On fin savers, you can't beat the Hydro Deluxe strap:

Fins are subjective but if you have a good look on the threads everyone on here has tried loads. Personaly I use dafins, Id start with dafin then if there not right duck feet, UDTs or vipers etc?

If your fins fit well, you won't need them.Only once had dafins come off and one attempted to locate the male g-spot.Motivational!!
And that was a large day.

That depends on your foot shape though. XL DaFin fit me perfectly lengthwise with a sock but squeeze my foot to death due to my Hobbit heritage.
