Anyone dabbling over the next couple of days? Reckon I'll give it a go locally at some point but whether it's on or not is a different matter.

In the meantime I've been modding those ducks I bought off G so hoping to get in for a test drive somewhere. Will post a review once I get my act together.

We have swell but tricky winds. However, I have a good feeling about the Trevose area if anyone fancies it on Saturday at first light.

    Wicked! Very Happy

Meor was nicely on if not closing out just a tad. Ideal really - not too thumping just consistent sets of well shaped 2-3. Hardly anyone out and good vibes all round. I think its looking ok for the next few days.

Gave the new formula ducks a good run. Still considering my verdict... Suspect

Looking increasingly promising for Saturday. Can't be bothered tomorrow. Looks like onshore exposed spots or tiny shelter. Mid to high tide Porthtowan might be OK.

Sat looks increasingly promising for Trevose. Undecided for Sunday.

Hmmm... Windguru is giving a WAY bigger forecast than MSW. Pretty unusual that. Judging by eyeballs today I wonder if Windguru is over egging a touch.

Don't fancy a 5am start to find out. Think I might check the cams as the sun comes up.

Yep, I went in with Alison's Fatty on the rising tide and had some very clean waves. A bit of waiting about between pulses but worth it. Possibly had my longest glide today - really got the mat in the pocket and covered distance. Chuffed about this after watching all those vids of super smooth matters on U-tube.

Hoping for good things tomorrow but not quite sure when to hit it. I'm thinking of rolling straight ot of bed and onto the mat tomorrow AM.

He's a fluffer for Penzance Pirates.
Was in St Ives today, ostensibly a family day out, though of course I had the mat pack.Nothing doing, tide too high.
    Some nice ceramics though...
Heading there tomorrow early with Phil.If you fancy it James,we;ll be on harbour wall at 7,if not before. If nothing doing,I know a few places further west that might be ok.Nice day for a drive, anyhow!
