    Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs

Post  GRAYMAN on Sun Jan 15, 2012 3:30 am

How feckin hard is it to log on to do your tax return?!

I've done all the phaffing but the system doesn't show the SA form in my list of "services" [ie list of ways to give Cameron cash to feed to the banks in one way or another]. If it's not done by the end of the month I get stung for £100.

    B*ST*RDS!!!!!!!!!
    Evil or Very Mad

It's the interest they charge you on payments on account (in advance mind you!!!) that riles me. Mad No
It wouldn't be quite so bad if they had their own sh*t together as well.

They now need to send me new log in details because I'm registered twice. Once through HMRC and once through Government Gateway. They're not clear on the site. They get snotty on the phone. How the f*ck can a website that asks for every bit of ID you have not know its you when you re-register through another website which is apparently the same website?!

And apparently, its MY f*cking fault!?

    AAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGHHH!!!!!!

Hey Joe (sorry - I had to... Rolling Eyes ),

    I'm with Stu
I work through my own limited company and I pay an accountant to do the hard sums for me etc. I reckon he saves me his cost every year with guidance on efficient structuring and making sure all the submissions are correct and on time. The lazy b*stard in me also says its worth it just to save on the stress - I just love the paperwork!

Some people are good at this kind of thing so it's no hassle but personnaly, I wouldn't do it any other way.
    Good luck!
