Wore normal 5/3 when lived in Lofoten.even though air temp in winter was -30,sea was 3 degrees so not so bad.Keeping the blood flowing is the main thing.

Great first session, loads of fun and without a mat I'd have gone home probably.... Looking forward to getting some more punchy waves to play with in Morocco next week...
