Got in at fading light at Watergate tonight. 2ft and clean. Nice. The banks have really sorted themselves out of late there.

Had nipped round to MP expecting it to be better but nah, all messed up.

Can'd do MP tomorrow Crying or Very sad taking Art to the hospital for a whole day of allergy tests!

    See edit above.

The mat was fast! Difficult to tell too much as fairly small and non-existent between sets. My first thought was that it's less of a high trimmer than tother one. Definitely faster (surprised me) and sharper on the turn (pivots at the rear?)

I'd check WB on the way to MP tomorrow if it gets any bigger. Some long rides off well defined peaks tonight, it's looking real nice.

Yeah we are meeting at MP but figured that Watergate might be where we end up... Or elsewhere...

Looked good but was actually a bit poop. Sad In for a couple of hours and had probably 5 proper waves. One very nice ride though so canny grumble.

    Looking at Sunday now.

Northerly winds mate. Just get in your car! You have spots for all wind and swell directions within half an hour so you don't need to settle for onshore poop.

Early tomorrow looks good for exposed spots I reckon. I'm gonna look at the left off Chapel Rock, Perranporth with Piskian at 0830 or so. He's there earlier I think.

    30th Nov - 2nd Dec, 2012 Empty Crantock Today

Post  GRAYMAN Mon Dec 03, 2012 12:16 am

Ended up at Crantock and it was rather good. Just me for an hour in head high peelers. A few more turned up as it all went lumpy.

Cold sitting in a river mind... Brrrrrrrrrr....

Similar deal this end too. Waves were peeling nicely this morning with a head-highish pulse every now and again. Hardly anyone out to begin with. Damn cold though. My hands were so numb I struggled to get my fins off.
