Just got sent this by my mate Jim in France. This guy surfs around Jim's neck of the woods.

    Brilliant!

Heres my hydrofoil bodyboard Ive been riding since 09, I made about 50 different versions but this one is the easiest and simplest to make.

3 ply with carbon and epoxy resin. 24 in long X 6 in wide.

    Aluminium struts are 11 in high X 3 in X 4 mm.

    246 square inches in area.

About time I made a new and better version...

Hi Graeme, I started making them after seeing Laird Hamilton riding huge waves on a foil board, it's a blast to rise off the water and shoot along with little noise or vibration. With enough people testing the possibilities, there's the chance of creating a viable surfing version for all sorts of waves.
I don't have any pics as the moment I pull out the camera my kids have to STAR in front of it, they refuse to video me at all !!!
One day I'll get some pics or vid but you can see from others video that's its possible.
I need to buy a GoPro......

BTW.... Great pic on FB, its still burned into my brain and on some mornings it's the first thing I think of....... flower

    Disturbing.....

I'm in the process of building a fibreglass prototype and getting it in the water.
    I'll post when it's ready.....
