Hello all.
Can I recommend a bit of a read. There's a book by a chap with an unpronouncable name which is a good ol' read. Helps to ground you nicely and actually reflects exactly what it is we get from riding mats. It's on amazon fairly cheap:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Flow-Mihaly-Csikszentmihalyi/dp/0061339202/ref=pd_sim_b_2#_
This is a book about "Flow", essentially being in the zone. There's a free extract on Amazon which can be read HERE so you can take a look.
Puts the Quikabong mentality into perspective.
Cheers
