    Hello all.

Can I recommend a bit of a read. There's a book by a chap with an unpronouncable name which is a good ol' read. Helps to ground you nicely and actually reflects exactly what it is we get from riding mats. It's on amazon fairly cheap:

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Flow-Mihaly-Csikszentmihalyi/dp/0061339202/ref=pd_sim_b_2#_

This is a book about "Flow", essentially being in the zone. There's a free extract on Amazon which can be read HERE so you can take a look.

Puts the Quikabong mentality into perspective.

    Cheers

    Yup.

I won't go off on one but Flow Theory (along with Mindfulness) is integrated into a lot of modern behavioural therapy.

If you've read it then your next read has to be THIS. Long but worth the trawl. sunny

    Cheers

You can pick it up next time you're down, else don't mind posting it.

I love Gorran too - it's never too late to move here!
